The gateway is the main communications hub for the sensors. It should be placed in a discrete location that has good cell reception where it cannot be disturbed or unplugged. If possible, it should be plugged into a dedicated outlet not connected to a wall switch or power strip. In multi-level buildings, it should be placed in the highest floor possible. Keep it away from areas that are exposed to moisture. Plugs into a standard wall outlet with 12v / 1A adapter (included). Dimensions: 4.52” x 4.52” x 1.57”
